If you have to stay close to the wall with both plugs via swivels,90deg plugs, or wall warts, this is your answer. I found no difference in the grounding requirements from any other metal or plastic box; you run the ground wire to the green lug! And if you think it is expensive at Amazon, go buy it at ACE! The only potential problem I found was that the supplied screws were to short: use the old screws; Duhh
With so many things I buy these days requiring rework, or just don't work, this is a nice surprise.
