I operate heavy equipment 10-16 hrs a day. these make the day so much more relaxing. it seems like a lot to spend on a headset but I should have gotten these LONG ago.
the reception is very good and I work in very remote areas so this is tested daily.
the batteries last a surprisingly long time, 120 hrs plus with Duracell's.
the digital tuning is a must and the memory button is very easy to use and a very used feature for myself.

very happy with this item, i got it for my husband for when he is cutting the lawn or cutting timber with chainsaw.they could be a bit louder for when he's using the chainsaw, but he's still very happy with them anyway. the price was good, the shipping was very fast. got them in Ireland from USA on 3rd day after ordering it. shipping price was bit high. but they work perfectly. cant faulty them in anyway. would buy them again.Customer Review: Great Noise Reduction

Works great. Use them primarily on my riding lawn tractor. Great noise reduction. I put them on and adjust volume to a comfortable level, then start tractor and set engine speed. No need to increase volume on headset.
Others have commented on deadspots when they turn their head. Only time this occurred was when sitting on ground while working flower beds. Don't know if the low elevation contributed to it or not.

These headphones make running machinery a whole new experience! I can tune in am radio from Ny. and Boston and follow a program. I am located all the way in Bar Harbor, Me. The reception is comparable to AM reception on my boom bob and alarm clock radio. Not a super radio but tolerable. The FM radio rocks. I love these things Big time . Real Talk Bro. I bought these for my husband. He is suffering from tinnitus, ringing in his ears, from not wearing hearing protectors while working around noisy equipment, lawn mowing, weed eating, etc. The doc said to start wearing hearing protection. He enjoys a little light music so I searched for and found this brand. These are working really well for him. He now uses them all the time and am using re-chargable batteries.
