This bed worked exactly how I hoped it would. My daughter (3 yrs.old) and I are staying at my grandparents house and I really needed a decent but portable bed for her. I tried a few other blow up beds but my daughter is very restless and actually rolled off of them. Having her sleep in bed with me was hard because of her restlessness. So I searched online and convinced my husband to let me buy this one and boy am I glad he did. The raised sides have stopped her from rolling off and she loves the bed. I love that it came with it's own sheet too so that I didn't have to find one. Blowing it up is extremely easy and so is taking it down. I could have it completely blown up and then completely taken down and rolled up in almost a minute.It was a little bit bigger then I expected but I'm not complaining anymore. My daughter will be able to use it for our next few visits here and then my son will be able to use it too. It also came with a 2 or 3 patches.Customer Review: LIFESAVER for Traveling w/Baby

I bought this aerobed for travel when our destination did not have a crib or pack-n-play. I wanted something lightweight, sturdy and that would last a long time. I felt a pack-n-play was too heavy to transport and kids outgrow them too fast. The aerobed, in my opinion, was the perfect solution. My daughter loves this bed and we take it anytime we go out of town, especially to grandma and grandpas.
PROS: Bumper prevents child from rolling over/falling off bed
Electric pump makes inflation/deflation super easy and fast (< 1 min)
Comes w/carrying case that holds everything in size of a large backpack
Comes w/Fleece crib sheet that attaches to bed with elastic
Holds up to 150 lbs
CON: Instructions say it is for children aged 3+ but I use it with my 15 month old. I began using it when she was 1 year old and I don't feel it is a safety hazard b/c she cannot roll over the bumper.

This is my second kid's aerobed. I purchased the first one for my grandson, Max, and he LOVED it. When not sleeping, he would pull it out to the living room to watch TV. It is so easy to inflate and put away when the grandkids go home. The fleece cover is great - soft and snugly and goes right in the washer/dryer. They're coming to visit us again, and this time Jack is big enough so he'll use the new one.

I bought this bed because I thought it would be an alternative to the portable play yard that my 2 year old son HATES. I read the information on Amazon about this bed and read some of the reviews. There was not one word about this bed being for kids 3 and older. So, I ordered the bed and the first thing I notice on the box is "For ages 3+". I feel that this information should be in bold letters right next to the name of the bed. All that being said, I am trying it out right now with him for his naps. He fell asleep pretty quickly and is sleeping pretty sound. I am happy so far.
So, now we are a few months down the road and he is doing okay with it. He sleeps really well, but because we use it a grandma's house and when we travel he has trouble sleeping through the night. I don't think it is because of the bed. I think it is because he is scared of where he is sleeping, not what he is sleeping on.

We are so delighted that we bought this bed for our daughter who is currently 2 1/2. She is too tall to sleep in a crib and I was nervous about having her sleep on a pull-out sofa even with bed rails. This is so compact and light that it is easy to travel with. She enjoys helping with setting up her bed - taking it out of the bag, giving Daddy or me the pump and putting on the sheet. I must admit the first time using it, she didn't take to it very well, but now she can't wait to set up her bed. It inflates/deflates in seconds. And the safety cushion keeps her from rolling out during the night. The sheet is soft with cute little stars and moons and stays put with the elastic bands. I just wish I could find more sheets just in case of an accident during the night, which hasn't happened yet, but you never know. I guess I'll have to design something myself. Highly recommend it!! Money well spent!!!
