I am a very OCD person so when looking for a fan of this style there were about 50 to choose from. After long deliberation I chose this fan because of the overall quality of construction. The cord is very solid, the coil spring provides good clamping force, and the grill is designed to allow maximum airflow through the front and back (less noise, less dust.) The motor is about as quiet as you can hope for, and the low setting very comfortable as long as you have it at least 3 feet away.Customer Review: Exactly what i wanted

Pros: Good fan speed to fan size ratio, fairly quiet for a cheap fan, Clip mounting very efficient
Cons: Its a cheap small desk fan, dont expect a super high speed silent vortex of wind coming at you, No oscillation
Use: I use this in my garden attached to a pole to get air movement on my plants. effectively it can move air in about a 3 foot space with most of the power in the 1-15 inch range. easy to install and fast delivery.

This excellent fan cools my wife and I faster than our 50 inch ceiling fan. This of course is due to the fact that we have it attached to our headboard, but occasionally, once we're cool enough, we have to turn it off and turn on the ceiling fan for more moderate cooling. It did vibrate the headboard initially, but a little padding with some rubber shelf liner solved that issue. We really appreciate how efficiently and quietly this fan operates.Customer Review: Very Good All Around Fan

Over two months ago I bought this fan for our newly purchased used Class B RV.
However, my wonderful husband has difficult time sleeping so we tried this lil fan in our bedroom. He likes not only the breeze from this small fan, but also the whisper sound it makes... almost like white noise. It clamps securely to a straghtback chair. Very sturdy.
I wouldn't dream taking it away from him on my solo trips, so I will buy another one.

This fan is a lifesaver. My office gets hot and stuffy on summer days and this little fan came to the rescue. Its small and quiet but moves the air very well. The clip is perfect, allowing for perfect positioning. My only gripe is that the plug is three prong, making it hard to use a simple 6 foot extension cord, but thats easy enough to get over. I would definitely recommend this fan.
