I bought this tool because the one off the tool truck was a lot more expensive and it looked like Alltrade made that one too. I tell you after watching some youtube videos and using this tool, the crank pulley bolt was the least of my worries when it came to doing my wife's Honda Accord timing belt. Used on a 1998 Civic (1996-2000 should be the same) after my 650ftlbs impact gun wouldn't budge it. This is a must have tool for the job. There are a few different sizes, so measure before buying. Just measure on the inside of the hexagon from side to side. This is the 50mm tool. Oh, don't forget to have two breaker bars available, one to hold the inner nut and one you put on this.Customer Review: Useful and rugged

This tool was invaluable when replacing the timing belt on a 2000 Civic. It is well built and up to the job. On thing that I I would like to add, if you are having trouble breaking the pulley bolt loose with this tool, add an extension to your breaker bar. It took a 3ft lever arm to crack my bolt loose. Like the man said "give me a long enough lever and I can move the earth..."Customer Review: must have tool for HONDAS

Great pricing on a must have tool when doing timing belts, water pumps or overhauls in hondas.
You cant go wrong here with the price. Its cheap, its durable, it has a lifetime warranty, what more can you ask for? Make you a grilled cheese sandwich? LOL

Wow!! What a great tool this is! It will save anyone headaches and heartbreaks that needs this for work on Honda crankshaft pulleys or timing belt work. You can pay $70.00 at the dealer or Mac Tools, or get this high quality tool through Amazon. I kissed this tool when I finished my wife's Honda, and now that I think about it; I think I'll go into the garage and kiss it again!
