We've owned this clock for about a year for my 4 year old daughter. Now I've purchased another one for my 3 year old son. I like that it works as a nightlight as well as a clock; that it has the digital time and the traditional clock face; and also that it announces the time with the push of a button. But what I really love about this clock is that you can set the nightlight to turn from yellow to green whenever you want. Both my VERY early risers completely understand that they need to wait to wake mommy until the light turns green! WOW! I can now sleep until 6:30 am. WOO HOO!!! My children (2 and 4) share a room and one was always waking the other one up. Their wake up time was creeping earlier and earlier in the morning and I was dragging and they were melting down during the day. On the recommendation of friends, we bought this clock. I was a little skeptical that my $40 would be well spent, but it was completely worth it! After a few days the kids had it down. Now I hear "It's Green!" at the time when I want them to wake up, and rarely anything before that. I have gained at least an extra hour of sleep each morning. I bought this for my 6 year old for christmas. She wanted a clock just like her bigger siblings, and I wanted to get her something that not only told the time, but that was more geared towards here. I love that it has a dial as well as digital, and also speaks the time with a push of the button. One of the first questions she asked us was what AM and PM meant, because the clock tells her that too. I'm looking forward to trying the alarm feature next week when school starts back up. And the night light is a nice added feature too - and it's optional to turn on if it's too bright.Customer Review: love it

We purchased this just before Christmas for our children ages 3 1/2 and 5 who share a room. We had tried EVERYTHING imaginable to keep them in their room past 5:30 in the morning to no avail. I am happy to report that since the arrival of this amazing innovation we are now "kid free" until the light turns green in the morning...usually at 6:45 on the weekdays. If you do the math you see that they are giving us an extra hour and 15 minutes of sleep...and that, my friends, is PRICELESS. Well worth the $40. BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!! This is such a great idea and I was hoping it would keep my 3 yr. old in bed for a little longer in the mornings and it did! It has a nice orange night light glow and then you can set the wake up time which changes to a green glow, letting your little one know that it's OK to get out of bed. She seemed really proud telling me she waited for the green light!
I'm looking forward to using the interactive teach me time game as she gets older. This is a very functional alarm clock that will grow with your child and help you get more sleep!
