The Aqua Globes look nice, but they are hard to fill AND they do not water your plant slowly as it needs water like they are advertised to do.
I watered my plant thoroughly then put in the water globe as the directions specified and the globe emptied all it's water into the planter at once. So much for watering your plant gradually while you are away. It has emptied this way every time I refill it (which takes awhile) and put it back in the planter--glub, glub, glub the water is out of the globe all at once regardless of whether the plant needs water or not.
I bought a different one at another store--very ugly, but it works!!

aqua globes are a waste of money I ordered the four pack ,it takes 10 minutes to fill each with water you make a hole and first thing the small one ( you get two tiny mouthed ones and two regular sized ones) first thing the small one breaks the mouth when you put it in the dirt , then when you put the larger ones in they either get stopped up with dirt and don't work at all or all the water runs out in the floor the whole globe full I tried them in my flowers for a whole month I still had to water the flowers by hand they'd be stopped up with dirt ( I used potting soil)and the globes were mildewing inside really gross, if your thinking of buying don'tCustomer Review: Does not work

These absolutely do not work. The bulb either completely empties in a few hours or it gets clogged with dirt and does not empty at all. There is no way you could leave a plant for a week with this thing and think it will get watered gradually over time. I've tried countless ways of placing them in the dirt at an angle or putting the tube into the dirt at different depths. I always get the same result: the water either comes out completely in a few hours or it doesn't come out at all. I can only guess that the manufacturer is placing the positive reviews on this site. This product does not work.
