One-piece post and base; post - 2" x 2" steel tube, 42"H; base 11" x 11" with welded angle reinforcements. Handle 46"L 1-1/4" steel tube; fulcrum point at 39". This lifter is not designed to lift posts embedded in concrete; 6:1 work advantage means 100 lbs of downward pressure on handle equals 600 lbs lifting force.
