Customer Review: Handy air dryer that stores tiny

I have a small place and need to be able to air dry without dedicating space to a stacking rack. These fold up into about a 12" x 7" oval - the squishing is a little tougher than the car windshield sun reflectors as they're much sturdier, but the theory is the same. They have a strap which fastens with a buckle on the bottom to create the arch which lifts the mesh off the ground. Alternatively, they fit across the bathtub. Drying time is good with both sides open to air. Sleeves do need to be folded over (as shown) or left to hit the ground when using in the arched position as the oval isn't big enough to handle them - this is an OK tradeoff for me as to make it big enough to handle sleeves the dryer would have to be gigantic. All in all these are a great solution.Customer Review: great item

I have some embellished holiday sweaters that needed special laundering care and didn't want to hang them over a line and get that nasty crease. Bought 4 of these pop-open mesh dryers and spread them over our guest room mattress. There's a strap underneath so you can tighten the dryer to create a dome shape. Or just undo the strap and lay it flat over the tub as was stated by other user. They are quite sturdy and easy enough to handle. Once folded back up, there's another strapy band to wrap around it which keeps it from popping open. I'm very glad I got these!Customer Review: Very handy little item

I have two of these, and they are so useful. When they aren't needed, you twist the outside frame and they collapse into a disk 1/4 the size of the expanded rack - just like some car dashboard shades you may have seen. You then use an included slip-on band to keep them collapsed and they can be stored in the space of a tall book. The expanded rack gives you lots of space for a sweater- 32" long and 25" across. Much more area than any other drying rack I've seen.Customer Review: Great dryer!!

Its hard to get excited about a dryer. But anything that works well and is a space saver gets my vote. It stores easily and folds up similar to that of a car window shade cover, so its very compact. Items dry faster if the dryer is elevated. Only downside to it is if the dryer gets bent incorrectly its tricky to get it to fold back up into the original shape when putting it away.Customer Review: Great Space-Saving Design!

As far as sweater dryers go, drying is drying. I don't think sweaters dry any different from one drying rack to another. The great thing about this particular dryer is it's innovative pop-open design. Saves a great deal of space being able to be folded up and stowed away in a drawer. Very satisfied with this product.
