I purchased 7 of these 3 unit dispensers for our luxury vineyard Inn in Oregon. I researched many options to offer a more environmental friendly option then the individual plastic bottles that add to our planets footprint and are not recyclable. I did pause before installing them with just doing 2 rooms to see what guests would think of this option. The perception of a Best Western is not what our upscale Inn wanted so the classic look and quality products in the dispensers are vital to an upgraded look while still achieving our goal of environmental benefits. We had not comments either positive or negative for two months so we went ahead with the installation of the other 5 rooms. We use treated well water out in the country and the finish is holding up just great which was another concern of ours. In the end, we are very happy with the quality and look of the product. We are thrilled that we took the step to reduce our plastic waste and bring this environmental challenge practice to the customer who, if given the option, really does care.
