Simple to assemble. Simple to use. We purchased this product hoping to eliminate buckets and mops, and hopeful that it would work well on vinyl flooring. Although it doesn't arouse grime from the deepest crevices (I still use my Black & Decker Scumbuster for that!), it has an astonishing affect on flat and shallow surfaces! I started with a well vacuumed floor, which still had juice, food spots, detergent residue, and scuff marks. I ended with a pristinely cleaned floor that has a remarkable shine!! I maintain my floors very well, so I didn't see a "blackened pad" when the job was done, but I was definitely surprised by the stuff my other methods have obviously been missing. I bought this steam mop for my mother for Christmas because she has tile and Pergo flooring throughout most of the house. I was hesistant becase it was so inexpensive, but my mother absolutely loves it! She says it really beats using the Swiffer because it cleans the floors well and even removes the grime left on the floor by their labrador retriever. For the money, I would say this is a great product becuase it's effective, lightweight, and very easy to use (according to my mother). However, if you buy this product to clean an area of hard flooring larger than 300 sq ft, I do recommend that you purchase extra cleaning pads to avoid constant rinsing and reuse of the two pads that are included with the product. I wanted to try out my mop for a couple of months before writing a review even though I have loved it from day 1. I couldn't be happier with it. I don't seem to have the problem with putting the pads on - maybe they improved them before I bought the machine.
I live in a house in the woods with my husband and three dogs. We have no lawn - just dirt, weeds, leaves, stones and the river. So, mopping is never ending around here. I needed something that works well and is not a hassle to deal with and got both in this product.
I would also like to say that Bissel has a very good customer service and they are very patient and helpful if you have questions or problems.
I highly recommend this mop.

I'm very picky about mops and cleaners. I hadn't found a mop that could do a better job than I could on my knees with a scrubbie and a bucket of Pine-sol. I read the reviews for this product and hesitantly decided to give it a try. It is everything that it promised to be. If mine broke today, I would run right out tomorrow and buy myself another one. I would also pay twice the price if I had to--I LOVE IT THAT MUCH !! I have five children and a farm, and we know pretty much everything there is to know about dirty floors. This mop is almost a miracle. I bought an additional 2 mop cloth thingys, and I'm glad I did that. Now I always have clean ones ready at a moment's notice, even when I mop every day.Customer Review: Great!

They shipped me a tea green steam mop with white mop pads. Even though the picture shows a white steam mop... still works! :)
Plug it in, wait 30 seconds, light turns on, squeeze the trigger for water (you don't have to constantly squeeze). This machine should be quite. Mine makes noise until the water fills inside (takes a few seconds). Hold the trigger with the machine vertical for a few seconds until the water chamber fills and then it won't make any noise.
Great product! No more mop and bucket!
