I have all pine floors with a few area rugs. The rugs are very low pile. This vacuum rocks. It is in essence a dustbuster with an attachment and power cord. This will pick up EVERYTHING in its path small enough to get into the head attachment (which is quite a bit). It won't pick up stuff that probably needs to be swept up. It is light and efficient. Very easy to empty and if I had to complain about anything, I'd ask that the cord be just a bit longer though it wouldn't dissuade me from buying another one. If you have hard surface floors and need a vacuum that you can quickly do a room with this is a bargain. If you have a huge space, this might not be the model for you for the whole house but still worthy to invest in for spot clean up.Customer Review: Very pleased with this product!

I just rec'd this little vacuum and am very happy with this inexpensive purchase! For $19.99 and free shipping, I recommended it to my family and friends! I bought this primarily to use around the dining/kitchen area after meals, and I am really impressed by how well it works! As others have stated, it doesn't pick up the 'bigger' stuff, like dog food, but it does great w/ everything else and sucks up the dust and pet hair from my hardwood floors as well! It's so light that my toddlers, ages 4 and 3, were having fun using it and searching out crumbs, and had no problems maneuvering it around the table and chairs. Plus, it gets the job done much faster than grabbing a dustpan and broom. This is a definate 'must-have' in my book!Customer Review: Great little daily use vacuum

I have a "just learning to eat by myself" toddler and a preschooler. Needless to say, the floor under our dining table is usually a mess with Cheerios, dropped peas, etc. This vacuum gets up the crumbs and even some of the larger pieces with no problem at all.
At only 3 or 4 pounds, it's easy to pull out of the closet and use. Much easier than dragging out the 30 foot hose to my home integrated vacuum system.
Plus, my daughter loves it! The sound doesn't bother her and she gets excited when I pull it out.
The only thing I wish was that it had a longer cord and that the top cord hook had a flip down lever. But overall, I'm very pleased with it and am giving my parents one for Christmas!

My whole house is hardwood, and this little picker upper really sucks. In a good sense, of course. With five dogs, I need to run the vacuum often, and haven't in the past because just the thought of dragging out the HUGE vacuum we have was just as painful as the action of dragging out the HUGE vacuum. Often, my vacuum sessions left me with a sore back, and missed nooks and crannies. I like this little vacuum because it gets places the huge one CAN'T. Like under some of our furniture and in between the stove and wall.Granted, it doesn't have the suck power of our 12 amp vacuum, but for the light package deal you get, this little guy is well worth it. Plus, the price is right! AND it is small and easy to store.

I've had this featherweight vacuum for over a year and I still love, love, love it. With two kids and a large kitchen with tile floors, this vacuum is perfect for cleaning up crumbs and light dirt off the hard floor. While it's not as convenient as being cordless, the benefit of plugging into the wall is that it has surprisingly strong suction for a handvac. It's slim, light, and easy to use. The only thing that's a bit annoying is that it's bagless and can get messy to clean. You have to pull the dust bunnies off the filter and spend a few minutes shaking the filter out after a few uses. Small price to pay in effort and cost for such a useful appliance!
