I do like their steam mop, however, like several other reviewers, I find the pads difficult to tighten on the mop. I have to insert a screw driver through the loop and hold the button in while I twist the screw driver. While I am happy with the product itself, I feel it was poorly advertised. MOST mop replacement pads are packaged in a 2 pack, and that is what I thought I would be purchasing/receiving since that is what the picutre showed. However, when I received my order, it only contained ONE mop replacement pad. I thought this was slightly deceiving. I wrote a review and Go Vacuum immediately asked me to remove because they would like to resolve the problem with me and make things better by giving me a credit to my credit card AND and send me additional mop replacement pads. I did not ask for this thought it was very nice of them so I removed what I wrote. Over 2 months have gone by and I have not heard a word from them, have not received a credit on my credit card or received additional mop pads. The fact that GO Vacuum agreed with me saying that the product description could be misleading, asked me to remove negative feedback in exchange to rectify the problem and then never follow through on their end is unacceptable. I will not buy from them again!
