I purchased this wonderful product = NO REFLECTION ON ITEM - from the person that Amazon lists as selling for 59.99. He lived near me and my husband picked the item up from the seller in a parking lot (WARNING NUMBER ONE) the item was in a new box...
He said it was tested once but NOTHING was included in the IT WAS LISTED AS NEW but I have no proof of having purchased a new item with any of the protections this brings.
No warranty, no product info, no instructions, and I am NOT HAPPY.
For a few dollars more, I could have gotten it at Target

I bought one of these last weekend and am very impressed with how effective it is for automotive use. I cleaned my carpets and mats and was able to clean up some salt stains from winter driving (I live in Michigan) and found it really refreshed my car's interior. I am an avid hobby detailer and do two extremely intensive car detailing jobs every year (I use a Flex random orbital polisher and some high-end Zaino polishes for those who know auto detailing.) I had yet to do a full carpet cleaning until buying this product and really find it an asset in my overall care of my car.Customer Review: Powerful and lightweight

I bought this cleaner after returning the Dirt Devil Spot Scrubber. Bissell products are simply superior. I now have a full-size steam cleaner for overall cleaning and this little green for spills and spot-cleaning. It is lightweight, cleans very well, and has great suction. I couldn't be happier and have recommended this cleaner to relatives. It is also much more convenient than the smaller handhelds because the small cleaning wand can be used at angles and reach into places the dustbuster-style steamers can't. I bought it specifically for my cat's hairball stains. I filled the solution and water mixture over a month ago and still haven't had to refill it after many, many cat mishaps. It cleans the stains very well and dry time is not too long. The only thing I can foresee is, over a long period of time, the part for the water suction on the end of the hose (next to the brush) could possibly get dirt trapped in it. Though I'm sure it wouldn't be too much of a pain to clean it out. The weight of it is very light so it's easy to carry up the stairs. Love it so far!Customer Review: Simple to use and very effective

I have tried all kinds of stain removers and that is all they do, remove stains. This actually gets deep into the carpet and upholstery and leaves it really clean and fresh smelling. I use this on my car's seats, carpet and upholstery. I also use it on spots and stains in my apartment's carpet. I have a bigger Hoover that I use for cleaning the whole apartment. I vacuum my apartment everyday but when I used this on my entryway, i was shocked at how black the liquid became in the collection tank. It is scary. I love it, and use it all the time.
