I received a sample bottle of this product when I purchased the little Green Machine from Bissell and was so impressed with its stain removing properties I ordered it separately to have on hand. The bottle is a really good size and of course since I couldn't find it locally, I came to Amazon and knew they would have it. The Oxy GEN2 is really a very good product and since I have 2 dogs, I can't live without it. If you buy it you won't regret it as it does work.Customer Review: Amazon fouls up order

Amazon made a billing error and was unable to correct or cancel the order.
The error caused a great deal of confusion and inconvenience. The entire
transaction was taintede by Amazon's error.
Additionally, we were told we would be contscted within one business day by a representative.
We are still waiting.
Very unhappy with lack of professionalism at Amazon

OXY Gen for Bissell Spot Bot is truly the eight wonder on this earth.
When I got my puppy I worked hard to housebreak him, but accidents do happen. During a particularly bad rain and windstorm when going out did not work well, he "pooped" on my light carpet. I used the Spot Bot with Oxy Gen and my carpet looks new and the house smells wonderful!

While I do have the Bissell Little Green - I have had most success with using this as a pre-treat rather than in the machine. It even gets out older stains and using it as pre-treat makes it last longer - you don't have to thow away the unused portion if you only have a small area to clean.Customer Review: Unbelievable Difference

We simbly will not use the SpotBot without the OXYGEN2 I do not undrstand why this product is not more easly available - especially from the companies who swll the cleaning machines which require it to do the truly fantasic job they advertise?
