I love this product. It does a much better job at scrubbing out stains (even set-in ones) than I ever could. My husband thinks I'm addicted to using it, because I'm going all around our home with it just looking for spots to get! Have kids? Have a dog or cat? I have both. You gotta have this. It's the quickest easist way to get spots out quick with NO hassle. I love it. Is it perfect? No, nothing is. But this is an excellent product for what it does. Don't use too much soap though, you don't need alot.Customer Review: I LOVE this!

This little machine can't be beat for quick clean-ups when a pet (or child) has an accident. I just wish the company would offer a replacement hose. I bought it based on positive reviews, and was not disappointed. I mainly use the manual attachment. Hot water alone with this attachment can be used to clean dirt from an area of carpet, but the machine is also efficient at removing spots using the deep cleaner.
