The cleaner works great. No problems. I have 2 puppies and they have mistakes on my carpet. I keep this cleaner handy at all times. Just plug it in and the spot is gone. I would highly reccommend this product for quick spot remover,

I bought this remanufactured. Love it. It works great, I used it on set in stains. I had the stain before I ordered the spot bot. Took out the stains like they were nothin'. I am very happy with the product, if you have pets its a must.Customer Review: SpotBot is a WORKbot!

What a great invention. My daughter was given one of these (by her mother-in-law) and she loved it. So, we ordered one. It truly is amazing the way it gets out pet stains/spots and any other kind. Highly recommended.
