Customer Review: Does what I expect and few things I learned

I was comparing the Bissell and the EuroPro Shark before I decided to purchase the Bissell. I am very happy with the product, it does exactly what I expect. I did read some comments about leaving too much water or streaks on the floor; so I paid special attention when I used it.
I have not had problem with leaving too much water on the floor. I guess as long as you mop while you press the steam button, it should be fine. I have used it on ceramic floor.
Regarding the streaks on the floor - I usually vacuum the floor before I mop it, so I don't know if the problem some users have comes from dust/dirt on the floor and the mop just spread it out.
I am buying a 2nd one for my other house. I think this is a great product.

These mop pads were exactly as described and match the photo provided by the seller. They fit the 1867-7 Bissell Steam Mop perfectly. I've had several sets of the green OEM Bissell mop pads and these fit as good and are thicker. The pads have more material on the surface/floor side which makes it easier to clean and pick up dirt. They also appear much more durable. With out a doubt, I will be purchasing more of these mop pads over the OEM Bissell pads.
I also purchased the zebra striped "deluxe" pads at the same time. They are about $6 more. The only thing deluxe about them is the stripes. They are exactly the same quality as the mop pads above. Don't waste your money. Stick with the above $12 mop pads.

I recently purchased the Bissell Steam Mop Microfiber Pad Replacement for my SteamFast SF-292 Multi-Purpose Floor Mop and Handheld Steam Cleaner. I love that steam mop, but the microfiber pad replacements that came with the steam mop got soaked real fast and made my floor cleaning even more of a chore than I would have liked. The Bissell Steam Mop Microfiber Pads are very good. I'm able to clean my entire kitchen floor without stopping midway through to change the pad. Makes me love my SteamFast 292 even better now than when I first purchased it.Customer Review: They are great!

The microfiber pads for the Bissell steam mop are a very good product. They stretch to fit over the head and has a string to tighten them as need be. They absorb quite a bit of water and seem to wash up well. I've only have my steamer for about a month and so far so good. I really like it. My sister-in-law has the old style terry cloth pads and she has a lot of trouble fitting the terry cloth pads on the steamer. I brought her some of the microfiber pads and she is really satisfied with them. A definite upgrade from the old style.Customer Review: extra bissel mosteam mop pads

The bissel steam mop comes with two microfiber mop heads. I was not sure how dirty they got so I ordered two extra. For our home I find I only need to use one mop head each time I mop so I really didn't need the two extra ones. They will be great to have on hand when the first two wear out. They are very easy to put on the mop and you just put them in the washer when they are dirty.
