There aren't many things I buy that become totally Indispensable to me. The Versus is easy put together, easy to master after a few tries, and my hardwood laminate actually feels clean under my feet. The short cord can be a problem. I have a duplex so it's not as bad as it could be, but I see it being a problem for someone with a bigger house or room to do. Cleaning the dirt cup is a cinch. You'll be amazed at how much dirt, pet hair, and things you didn't even know were down there, it picks up. Consider it a great investment.Customer Review: Bissell Versus Bare Floor Vacuum

I love my Versus. I have old fashion plank flooring with gaps between the boards. Before my Versus the gaps could only be cleaned well using the wand of my old vacuum, very time consuming, didn't get done on a regular basis. The Versus sucks up the dirt from the cracks in normalvacuuming - a miracle!!! Surprising to me the Versus also does a good job on my low pile rugs. On the negative side, the wand is very short and the electric cord is a little short also, but the good outweighs the bad big time.Customer Review: Love it!

I've owned the Bissell Versus for about a year now. I came across it when looking for a lighter vacuum than my regular upright for the large expanse of tile in our house. The Bissell is absolutely WONDERFUL! I have to vacuum every other day because we have to dogs who shed incessantly, and the lightweight Bissell is fantastic in suction pwoer, maneuverability, ease of use, and value for the price. Would recommend this to anyone considering it for tile or hardwood flooring.Customer Review: Just what we needed.

We just recieved our new Bissel Versa Bare Floor Vacuum and it is great. Ours works like the one in the commercial. Once you get the hang of twisting your wrist to make it much more mobile and accurate it cleans even fine dust along the wood trim on the floors. It has plenty of power but doesn't try to eat its cord, coins or nearby papers. It can pick up dried black beans and stuff like that no problem. Easy to assemble, easy to empty. After researching all available vacuums for my floors, we finally settled on this one and it didn't disappoint. We never could get our large vacuum to pick up all the loose dirt and random debris on the hard floors. Everything would just get blown around. With this vacuum, it sucked things right up! Very happy with this purchase and it is perfect for our tile and hardwood floors. Was a little awkward to handle at first but you catch on in no time at all.
