I've been using this thing for years because there is nothing better for quick clean up of stains. I have 2 cats, and one of them has digestive problems and this p.o.d. is fantastic at getting up the stains, even if they're already set. I have mushroom beige carpeting, and after using this item, there is no trace. Someone else mentioned that this is good if you don't have a rug shampooer, but I DO have a rug shampooer, but who wants to go through the process of filling the water and the soap and using a big contraption for just one accident? This is great to have around for in between carpet cleanings.
Also as someone else mentioned, this seems to be difficult to find in stores...at least in the northeast. I was thrilled to find it online.
The real beauty of it is it's portability. It's small, and has everything you need. No getting a cleaner and sponge/brush. Just grab this, clean, and you're done.
As the title of this review says, this is a must have if you have pets.
