I recently replaced our old (4 years old) Black & Decker DustBuster with this newer model and I love it. I use it at least three times a day just to clean up after my children eat at the table. It's a bit heavier than the older model but it has so much more power and emptying the "catcher" is a breeze compared to the older model that spewed dust into the air immediately upon opening it up. It seems to have a longer "run" time as well and it doesn't need to be put back on the charger after every single use. The biggest bonus is that you needn't touch the filter to clean small particles from it -- by simply turning the dial on the side it turns up the suction power and cleans the filter at the same time! It's so easy.....Customer Review: WOW! Need I say more?

This thing is wonderful!! I had had a shark hand vac before purchasing this one and it rund circles around it!! Everything I can vaccuum I have, it makes cleaning the little messes so easy! I have 2 cats so naturally cleaning around the litter boxes is a full time job, this little guy sucked everything right up in no time!! I love the 2 differant settings, and the tools on board with it is great! They are a little hard to get off, but I am sure that with time they will get easier! I have cleaned everything in the few days I have had this. from cleaning up my dust pile while sweeping, to getting the dust under the trim where the standard vaccuum does not fit. I had an original Dust Buster from Black and Decker for over 10 years. It has always worked great, but lately, the battery no longer holds a charge. I went to Black and Decker to see if they still sold the batteries, and I was linked to Amazon.com for a Black and Decker line of Dust Busters. Thinking it was time for a new one, I ordered one. When it came, I immediately started using it. I think it works better than my original one did when I first bought it. My new one has two speeds, and seems to be a strong vacuum, picking up everything in its way. I'm very pleased with how it works. I'm already planning on buying another Black and Decker Dust Buster in 10 years, when this one no longer holds a charge.Customer Review: A Real Workhorse!!!

This is a great hand vac!! I had bought a shark hand vac (corded) and it overheated a lot, plus I had to plug it in so I went out & got the Black & Decker. I have 2 kids under 10 and a small dog who drags everything indoors. My house is so energy efficient that it's dusty all the time. I use it all the time to pick up crumbs, small crunched up leaves, little pieces of hair, etc. I use it on the chairs, the counter tops, base boards and corners, along the trim work and lampshades to dust, on the stairs and the list goes on. I might buy another two (one for each level). I only use my upright to clean the large areas as I use this for everything else! I highly recommend it and I rarely highly recommend anything!Customer Review: BEST BUSTER I'VE EVER OWNED!

This dustbuster is easily the best I've owned, by far. It's power is amazing ... it's like a corded vacuum when running on full power. On half power, it's still easily the most powerful dustbuster I've seen. It picks up everything no problem, and without going over he spot two or three times.
I've had the unit for about a month, and find myself pulling it out for larger messes that I would have usually rolled out my regular vacuum for. The other day I actually backed my car out of the garage and dustbusted the floor to get up little leaves and debris. I use it to pick up the spilled dry cat food from my cats; to vacuum the interior of my car; and for those small, everyday messes. A++
