Customer Review: Fine replacement mulching blade

I've owned two of these replacment mulching blades. Both have performed as well as the original blade. The rectangular cut-out fits fine on my MTD mower that takes this model blade and neither has ever come loose.
They come painted and not sharp enough to cut, say, a finger. That may be partly due to the paint applied after sharpening. But after a couple of mowings even a highly sharpened blade would be as dull or duller. I don't need or want a razor sharp blade.
Very satisfied with this replacement blade.
