We bought this comforter to replace our old, lumpy, lopsided down comforter. This one is fantastic! It is VERY warm, "almost too warm" says my husband. We keep the temperature in our house around mid-60's at night in the winter, and this comforter keeps us exceptionally warm (and I am a very cold-natured person). It is good quality, and I like the boxed stitching that keeps the down in place, so hopefully it won't get lopsided and look ugly like my old down comforter.
When I first took it out of the package, I was concerned that I bought the wrong thing because it was very light in weight and flat. The first night we used it, it was not warm. However (as other reviewers have said) it really puffs up after one or two weeks and becomes very warm. Adding a duvet cover made it warmer still. I am surprised how warm this is considering how light in weight it feels. I actually prefer it being light in weight because I think it stays on the bed much better. My other comforter frequently fell off during the night because it was so heavy.
This is excellent quality and a great buy. I would highly recommend it.
