Customer Review: Excellent can, if you don't use the nozzle with it.

Forget the C.A.R.B. compliant nozzle. Get a cheap long stiff and tapered transmission funnel of about $2 at WalMart.
These cans are really nice and durable. They are made in Canada and first impoorted by Wedco, them marketed by Briggs and Stratton, and later by Midwest Can. I have the old ones base on the original German "Jerry Can" of WWII fame.
I have six of these, too. I don't use thm on this screw neck can. I use them on my one gallon Wedco originally vented 1-2 gallon gas cans for my lawn mower and my gras trimmers. They work great, since the cans are light weight and easy to handle.
But, forget it with a 40 pounds plus full five gallon can. It wount work with a norrow nozzle on the side of a car made for unleaded gas. The solution: Just stick in a long rigid $2 transmission funnel. I saw that on T.V. in a news report in California. I tried it and it works like a charm. The funnel stays in place and you can use both hands to handle the can.
That's the only way to go.
