As a college student, I have a constant need for clean, drinkable water. The water in my dorm is often unclean, due to the old piping and the constant stress from having hundreds of students tap the water everyday.
The average Brita filter goes for about $11 at my local drugstore - and that's the cheapest. What a wonderful surprise when I discovered that Drugstore.com sold Brita filters in bulk for about half the cost of the same pack! Drugstore.com was conscientious enough to ship my order as fast as possible; they even went to the trouble of packing in free materials such as coupons and a free shaving razor with my purchase.
