It it smaller than I thought, a good thing. I use it on my Harley key ring for a front gate opener so I can drive right in and shut the gate behind me without getting off the bike. I also planned on using for my garage door opener but it turns out the garage opener is a bit older and on a different frequency. When I replace it, I will be able to open both the gate and the garage from the one remote. Perfect for my needs.Customer Review: Garage door opener

Bought this to replace the opener in the truck. Very easy to program, fits on my key chain. The best part it is always with me no longer left in the truck overnight. Leaving a garage door opener in your truck is like leaving your keys to the house for anyone to use. Bought another one for my wifes car also. Before you buy there are 2 such items, make sure the one you purchase is compatable with your garage door opener.Customer Review: Great Product

I purchased this over the weekend and it was delivered today. Upon receipt, the first thing I noticed was the size...it's much smaller than I expected. Very sleek. It connected with my garage door opener in 30 seconds. I can't comment on the longevity of the thing but I'm very impressed so far. Also, thanks to a previous reviewer who noted that this remote was for an opener with the "purple" learn button.Customer Review: How could I have lived without one?

I never take the remote keyless entry out of the car any longer. The design is small and fits ok in pants pockets.
Programming it was a breeze. It's much more convenient when I take the bike out of the garage and I don't have to carry the opener from the car, which has a humongous clip and is way too big to fit in a pocket.
Price was also great and instructions for programming the opener were clear

This remote is approximately 2-3/8" x 1-7/16" x 1/2" -- smaller than the remote keyless entry on many cars. It is incredibly easy to program -- press the learn button, press the remote button, and wait for the lights to flash -- about 1 second. I had two remotes programmed in under a minute. It took me longer to get the ladder out. :-)
