I use this as a pill fob to contain four round pills of Advil. It is made of machined aluminum, is air/water tight and sealed with a rubber o-ring. Whatever you put in this item will be protected from the elements as the seal works very well. The dimensions are 1/2" diameter and 1 3/4" length plus 1/2" ring. It is very lightweight and strong.

Here is the caveat with this item: It is designed for SMALL pills. If your prescription medication or OTC meds are large then you will need a larger pill fob. This will only work for small pills such as Nitroglycerin for chest pain or other small pills. A friend was able to put two blood pressure meds and two cholesterol meds in the pill fob for a total of 4 pills which is a two day supply for him to carry. Most multi-vitamins will be too large for this unit.

This is advertised as a small unit and works very well in that capacity. I keep it attached to my key ring and always have it with me for the occasional time that I might need a couple of Ibuprofen.
