It is funny how history repeats itself...after tearing down a large outside clothes line down years ago, I have now erected this parallel dryer in its place. Thankfully, unlike my previous line, this one is removable. The removable pole means there is now one less lawn contraption that could cause unforeseen head injuries while mowing the grass. Installation, including the digging of the hole and concrete mixing, took under thirty minutes. It works like a charm and is easy on the eyes.Customer Review: Solar drying at its best!

I find the clothes dryer easy to setup and definitly user friendly. My husband built a portable stand that I can easily roll out in to my court yard and hang all my laundry including towels and sheets. The clothes dryer is sturdy and shipping was fast (free too!). The hardest part was finding clothes pins, the staff at Home Depot didn't know what they were. Finally found them at our local Ace Hardware. I would recommend this to anyone looking to save money on natural gas and electricity.Customer Review: Arrives with many unexpected rewards.

It arrives already assembled, with a removable socket; only digging the hole and pouring cement is required. This clothesline is ideal for limited yard space, even though it has a diameter of 84". you can stand in one place and hang your clothes, by spinning the clothes line dryer around to reach empty lines,and take them down in the same manner. I can hang 4 wash loads and there is still a lot of space left for more! I saved $80 my first month of not using my electric clothes dryer.Customer Review: works great

It is what it claims to be and does the job it needs to do. Over all i am very happy with this clothes dryer: It is very light weight, sturdy, adjustable in height and spread and comes with a plastic sleeve to put in the ground with a cap to keep out the water (much more atractive than a pipe in the ground with a can over it). I strongly recomend that you set the sleeve in concrete as described in the directions, I imagine it would tip over with a heavy wash load on it if you don't.Customer Review: Clothes Dryer

After reading other reviews describing the way the dryer arrived in the mail, I was worried that mine might arrive in a similar state. It did not, which was great! It was easy to install (well, easy for me - I just pointed to where I wanted the hole dug!). Opening and shutting it is easy, and it is very light to put away in the shed after use. I like the way the arms clip into the frame for neatness. Nothing beats drying white cotton sheets in the sun and fresh air!
