I have been using these filters for about 7 years, very good quality and do a very good job filtering!!. I live in Venezuela, tap water is not very good quality, but this filter works really good. I'm using a sediment filter as a first stage and then this one for ice making machine and drinking water from refrigerator. Replacement is very easy, you dont need any tools or to shut down any valve, just turn the filter in the right direction, it will shut water line, replace, turn lock and done! You can use level 2 o 3 filters, but you will need to replacement them more often.
