LED bulbs provide great energy savings and often pay for themselves in less than a year. The true life of an LED bulb ranges from 10,000 to 50,000 hours depending on application and fixture. The color bulbs are wonderful for accent lighting and adding decor to any environment. NOTE: LED bulbs are not compatible with conventional dimmers. Also, LED bulbs do not have quite the same brightness as the power-hungry 50W or 100W bulbs that may currently be in your fixtures. You will have less light if replacing such bulbs with LED bulbs. Good quality bulb. It seems solid, and gives off a decently bright (maybe 40W incandescent) light (for an LED). Fairly bluish, so I'd recommend not mixing and matching in one fixture.
