Attaches just like any other aerator, swivels enough to rinse the walls of out utility sink, and pulling the head up/down switches from single-stream aerator to shower-head type sprayer.
My faucet has an inner-thread, so both washers were needed, just as the simple instructions showed.

I wanted something I could reach from my wheelchair, to spray the entire sink basin. This does the trick! Also, it was easy to install...just threaded it inside my faucet tip, tightened with a pliers, used the big washer, and the water did not leak. Good deal!

Arrived quickly and well packed. I love this aerator, as it has the metal threads versus the plastic. I love these for my kitchen sink. I would highly recommend getting one. I couldn't find any in stores, so I purchased this one and it was just what I needed. I've used this product for 3 months without any major problems. It creates a spray well. The water pressure is slightly reduced compared to pre-attachment when using either spray setting and the single stream of water setting. This is not a problem.
