This little heater is just right for keeping my bedroom toasty at night during the winter in Los Angeles. I save quite a bit of money by turning off the gas heating in the main room of the apartment and only heating the bedroom with this little DeLonghi. It's relatively quiet, but not silent. One thing to know - if you want to open it to clean it, you're going to need a phillips head screwdriver AND a torx screwdriver - the star shaped one (if you want to wipe the blades, for example). Best 20$ I've ever spent. It does have some flaws as stated previously in other reviews, the knobs are hard to read but I've found that I use it so much that I really don't need to be able to see it anymore. The thermometer seems stable, I never have a problem with it getting too hot in the winter, and it manages to heat my efficiency apartment very well. The cord is 'regular' length so it's not tiny and I don't need an extension cord. Over all on a students budget I've definitely found a winner.Customer Review: Finally! Warm, comfy feet!

I work for an HVAC contractor so you'd think I would be warm in my office being that my office is located in the same room as the furnace! But I always had a problem keeping my feet warm which would always leave me feeling cold. I keep this little space heater under my desk and it really keeps me warm all day. It has two levels of heat so if I'm really cold, I can turn it up to the higher level. The thermostat works well, too. I really recommend this for a small space or room.Customer Review: Great Heater

We ordered 3 of these heaters to place in individual rooms so that we can turn down the thermostat and focus heat in selected rooms and so far everyone is happy. My husband and I have them placed on the floors in two rooms that lack carpet and these keep our feet very toasty. I have also placed it across the room and it does a good job heating the room quickly. We have only had these a few weeks so I cannot comment on durability but so far we are very satisfied.Customer Review: Good for small rooms

I purchased this to use in a smallish sized bathroom. It heats the room up pretty quickly. We use the lower heat setting. On the higher setting the trapped dust gives off a burning smell - not that easy to clean.
I used a marker to display the numbers that are not very visible at all. There is only one fan speed (with no heat), but it is adequate for venting a steamy bathroom after a hot shower.
Worth the price - for a small room.
