This is a wonderful product. It has been the saving grace for me this winter. I am not sure how energy efficient it is. I will have to wait for my next electricity bill to know. This heater is pretty good. It doesn't make any noise, so it's much nicer than those fan heaters in that respect. It also didn't produce any unpleasant odors, as some people warned it might. We use it as supplemental heat in our apartment, raises the temp of our entire 1000 sq ft. apartement about 10 degrees with no problem (Our landlords have the thermostat).
However check the shipping price... shipping nearly doubled the price on the item.

We bought this heater last winter and used it very well.
I was worry about the wheels (they looked very week), but they are ok until now.
If we need more heater this winter, I will buy the same one.

looks like being used before, although it was new.
Definitely not European quality standard.
But functionally works well.
Helps us to save a lot of gas money
