I purchased one of these two years ago then a 2nd unit last year. They are heavy little units but work exceptionally well for back-up heat or when you don't want to run the central unit. Whisper quiet, they are able to heat an average size room to the point of discomfort within a short period of time. Great price, solid construction, durable and quiet. Totally pleased by this purchase...just keep in mind, we are in the sunshine state so heat isn't as burdened as it would be up north.Customer Review: super-star among heaters

was intensely satisfied with the entire transaction, from purchase to shipping time to receipt; and what a pleasant surprise it was once I connected it to the outlet and (after following instructions on programming) seeing the efficiency, the compactness, and the (just darned)good looks of the outfit sitting there heating my home. definitely a no-brainer...it is simply the best heater of its genre I have ever purchased; it actually outperforms every other portable heater I own.Customer Review: It got here promptly and worked out of the box.

I hate writing reviews so soon after purchasing something so I will update if I run into any problems down the line. The item got here quickly and looked good. It also worked which was handy. The timer thing is interesting but I suppose he setup is about as dummy proof as it gets. I like the thing, it's quiet and does the job in our living room. I am moving this out to my farm house for a room with no heat in May; If you don't hear back from me it worked just fine.Customer Review: Does the job and then some!

We purchased this item to "warm" a standard room for our 1 year old. We live in a somewhat drafty older home and our little guys room was dropping to 66 degrees or lower during the night with the furnace running. With all the controls we can maintain the temp at a comfortable 70 degrees without having to pay much attention to the unit or eating up tons of electricity. I'm very pleased with its performance over the two months that we have owned it.Customer Review: Works Great

I have a room in the house that's at the "end of the run" for the furnace. This heater worked great to keep the room as warm as the rest of the house. The Temp setting, and Timer option allowed me to only run at night (when it gets colder) without having to remember to turn it on/off every day. On the low setting, it keep the room warm, but was not too hot to touch (so the kids would not burn themselves on it).
