After eyeing these stoves for a couple of years, I finally decided to replace the tired little ceramic heater in my massage therapy treatment room with something that would not only do a better job of heating, but also add to the ambiance of the environment. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. It puts out a great amount of heat (granted, the room isn't all that big, but for my purposes, it's wonderful) is very quiet (a concern for use during a masssage), and looks great! My clients come in from the cold after a stressful day and just love going into the room with a warm and cozy "fire". I was originally going to buy one of the lower-priced models, but after reading the good reviews for this one, I decided to spend the extra money. I'm so glad I did, as I've been happy with this stove from the moment I plugged it in and flipped the switch to ON!Customer Review: Really like this !!

I am very happy with this little stove. it is very real looking with the flames and the hot coals. only thing missing is the crackle ! That would be very nice. I may add the kracklebox one day soon.
I also wish the cord was a bit longer. It says we may add an ext cord, plan to get an appropriate one, as have it stretched across now, and don't want to trip on it.
I have it where I can see it from my bed (I'd be too warm with it in the room, at least now, in Oct), it's so cheerful and friendly a real mood booster !
so handy to be able to turn it off with the remote from my bed, then early morn to turn it back on !! wow ~~~
It takes a bit to warm up the rooms with it, but it does very nicely after awhile, and is so nice to have even heat ! I have an electric furnace and it's always either too hot or too cold with that on.

Put this stove in my rec room (basement) for heat purposes. The room is 10 x 12. It heats up nicely. As a matter of fact, yesterday when it was 19 outside, I turned on the stove to do some Christmas wrapping and watch TV and it was comfortable. I placed it on some old tiles, which helps distribute the heat better than putting it directly on the rug and bought pipes which are used for a real wood burning stove and have it in the corner. It looks adorable - just as if it were real. Love the fire - very realistic. Very happy with the purchase. Came in a box... opened it, plugged it in and was good to go. Trust me when I tell you I did a lot of research before settling for this one. It is very real looking - not cheap looking and big enough that it does look like a small wood burning stove. First off I'll have to say the shipping on this item was great. It arrived ahead of the projected date and in fine shape.
As for the Stove itself: We've had the stove for over a month and it has done a great job. It does exactly what it was made to do for the size of room/s it is rated for. We wanted something to add a little warmth to a back bedroom and bath, and this little stove does the job and then some.
The stove is well built, but yet easy to move around if needed. The remote is a real nice feature and works well. And I'll have to admit I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the "fire/flame" feature looks. We live in a log home and the stove fits in great with the decor.
All in all a really nice supplemental heat source, a good price, and in my opinion, worth it.

This is the Best Electric Stove I have seen, especially for the price. A fire burning stove or fireplace really makes your home much cozier. This stove has a very realistic looking flame. When friends come over to visit they do just what most people do when they see a fire burning in the fireplace. They go and stand in front of it. They don't believe it when they find out it's electric. It's easy to move from room to room if you want. It can be a heater as well. This unit comes with a remote control which is very nice. We love our stove. In fact this is our 2nd one and we are buying another to give as a Christmas gift. True Value Super Store was great to work with. Very speedy delivery and great communications. I will gladly buy from them again and will soon.....
