Customer Review: Wat a Canister Vaccum! Holy cow! A W E S O M E

I bought this Canister vaccum cleaner on Nov 23rd 2008, and I have been using it on rugs & bare floors. I have been using it once every 2 weeks consistently & this thing is a monster. I owned regular Vaccum cleaners and they performed ok. This machine is the best I owned in my life. Succion is great, very mobile, easy on & off attachments, bagless design & the very light weight canister make this machine a breath of fresh air compared to any of the other vaccum cleaners i owned. It really does a Fabulous jobs , and I could not be happier!
In regards to the recommendations earlier that said anything wrong about this machine, please completely disregard. Maybe they got a lemon, maybe they cant understand the simple on & off attachments - I really cant fathom why someone would not like this vaccum canister when its got all the bells & whistles a canister can have. At this price its a must have.
I do not usually write reviews for items i purchase, but it was only fair i do for this great product. Dirt devil - ROCK ON!!

I've only had this vacuum for about a week, so I can't say how durable it will be, but it seems well made. A quality hose, attachments are nice, but they fall off white using the machine. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying. Love the retractable cord. and the cord is long so you won't have to replug so often. No carpets in my house, only hard wood, and it's working great. Getting stuff my other vac couldn't. Very easy to empty. Not dirty hands. The filter is pretty easy too, and you don't have to change it as often as the dust cup. It even comes with a little brush to help clean the filter. Has variable speed control on the handle. Rolls around smoothly. Hose is long and reaches the ceilings. Really cute little vacuum. Shiny red. also, there is a place on the canister to attach the the handle when not in use, which is great for storage. You're not left with a big floppy hose and handle in the closet. So, besides the attachments falling off while using the machine, I'm loving this vacuum. Very glad I made this purchase.Customer Review: Very Pleased

I've had the vacuum for a month now, and overall it works pretty well on all floor surfaces. My space is kind of small and there's not a lot of carpeting. I would say if you're looking for a carpet vacuum and you have a lot of space, this is not the one for you. I'm not really sure how the carpet attachment works exactly. All of my other vacuums have been central vac, and the carpet attachment is always powered through the handle. This one just sticks on the end like every other attachment and is powered by the airflow, I guess... Don't be afraid of that comment though. It actually works pretty well, and I was pleasantly surprised with how much power it had. I just don't know if i would want to vacuum a large room (anything bigger than 600 sqft) with this vacuum. Aside from that it's a great vacuum, and it has a few little extras that make vacuuming a little easier (retractible cord, one button canister release and cleaning brush in the vacuum and a rotating hose).Customer Review: Wonderful vaccum!

This is not my first canister vaccum and the last vaccum that we had was a regular push vaccum. I needed a vaccum that could clean the carpets and noncarpeted floors with ease and conveince and this vaccum does that. I love the smaller head more, as it has rubber around the head, it is easy to use around furniture (no longer do I need to move the coffee table, the stools, etc. The head is small enough to go under and around all the furniture.) I like how the power button is on the top of the handle, the handle is easy to hold, and makes it easy to rotate the head when vaccuming. The cord could be a little bit longer, but that was trivial to me. We have one thinner carpet, some regular carpets, and some shag type carpets, and the vaccum seemed to do great with all of them. It was so easy to go from carpet to floor and I loved that! This vaccum saved me so much time and was just a lot easier to use than any of the vaccums I have had in the past.Customer Review: Very Impressive First Impression

I bought this vaccum as a gift, and was so impressed I am going to buy one myself. Its solid and well engineered. On Christmas day I had a go at playing with it and as a guy who is not big on vacuuming, I love using this thing! Its got the coolest sliding throttle on the handle, as you slide it forward it increases the motors speed like a jet fighter getting ready for takeoff. Time will tell if it will last, but I see no reason why it shouldn't. My Mother, whom I bought it for, couldn't be happier. Thats good enough for me. : )
Shipping: I have heard horror stories of items like this arriving damaged, but I must say it arrived in perfect condition. Not even a dent or rip in the cardboard. It does ship in its original box, so be careful if giving it as a gift.
ADDED 05/24/2008: Still going strong and Mom still loves it! This is one impressive vac! I plan to buy one myself.
