Dont know why this Vac had bad reviews! I honestly give it 5 and more stars! I am a vvvvvvery picky cleaner, I have all sorts of vacuums. Each one has a job, and this thing is what i needed for my kitchen cleanups! My old dirt devil lasted 3 years, and then died on me, so i had to get another dirt devil, and i found this one! It's absolutely a must in every house. Its suction is very powerful for a cordless vacuum, and it does the job it says its supposed to do. It's not made to pick up pet hair, or lint, you'd have to use the vacuums with the special nozzle for that, coz then the hair or lint would stick to the bristles. This is for quick clean ups. It;s so easy to use! I just LOOOOVE it, and am buying another one for my mother, or maybe i'll keep the extra one just for myself!
