The World's most powerful hand vac with a revolving brush.Powerful suction, bagless dirt collection, and versatile application come together in the smartly constructed Dirt Devil Power Reach handheld vacuum. The 6-amp unit operates in standard handheld fashion with the added bonuses of a detachable head for hard-to-reach spots and a stretch hose with crevice tool for nooks and corners. Debris collects in a transparent dust cup that is especially roomy for a handheld model. The cup includes an internal filter to trap fine particles, while a revolving brush roll in the nozzle head helps agitate carpet fibers to loosen dirt and send it into the 6-inch suction path.
The Power Reach is a stoutly built little machine that's impressively easy to convert from one use to another. Its switches and catches are all sturdy, and the machine is beltless for simplified maintenance. Customer Review: Forget the "bug vacs", this makes a GREAT bug vac (Great suction)

You may think I'm crazy, but read on. I like the hoes part of the vac (it detaches from the vac), and with an additional attachment (bought separately) it has enough power and reach to suck up bugs (even on the ceiling). The clear holder on the bottom holds the bug until you can dispose of it how you see fit. I've had my vac for several years now and it still works, I have used the front part for minor pick ups which it works well for but as I said the best part is the hoes with the container on the bottom. I had always considered by a "bug vac" but based on what I read they don't have enough power, but this vac does, plus you can use this for small messes around the house. At 6.5 amps this vac has close to the same pulling strength through the hoes as some uprights. I sucked up a bug with it once and the force of the vac was so strong it killed the bug when it got sucked into the storage container (I guess from impact).
