I like my little dog bone pillow but I don't use it to sleep. It is set too high and too stiff for sleeping. It's good in the car, sitting around watching TV, or when laying back on your desk chair to take a little break from working..... anything that you'll spend an extended time doing and just would like some neck support.
It looks really cute too!! A fun little thing.

This pillow is overly stuffed. The nice thing about it is that you can remove the stuffing. Which is exactly what I did to get my desired puffiness. I like it a lot better now that I did some adjustments :)
P.S. I got the red. It's a nice color, better than the picture.
Customer Review: Perfect for short people on airplanes, not so good for tall people

My wife's 5'2" and it's PERFECT for her on airplanes. Very comfortable, she says.
But I'm 6'1 and it's not very good for me. The airplanes come with "headrests" that protrude from the seat already, so using the Neckbones makes my head feel too far forward.

A good pillow to keep your neck aligned properly while resting. My wife used these to sleep with all the time, I guess it depends on what you get used to.
Handy shape, good for napping, traveling, and even a good nights sleep if your so inclined.

I had been waking every morning with a stiff neck. I used a "Swedish" neck pillow ($130) for a while but after a few months, it stopped relieving the morning stiffness. The dogbone pillow takes a little getting used to but does the job.
