We have owned two of these heaters for the last few years and have absolutely loved them. We have had neither the cracking or the fume issue that some users have mentioned so maybe we are fortunate. The set up was easy and we painted them the same color as the wall so they blend in perfectly. Three years now and they still work great. I love this little wall heater. It's unobtrusive, quiet, efficient, and IT WORKS perfectly. It's on or it's off. The room toasts up nicely. I couldn't be happier. Wish I'd had one years and years ago. It will not heat a whole house. It is room specific, but worth the money.Customer Review: Awesome alternative to the 1500 forced air heater.

Don't expect it to warm a room quickly, but add a timer and your office will be toasty and keep its temp well in the winter. I used it in a 10x10 room and it worked well. I would not put this in a room with vaulted ceilings though or bigger than recommended.Customer Review: DOES THE JOB

I ORDERED THIS FOR A BEDROOM THAT NEVER GETS ANY SUN SO IT CONSEQUENTLY STAYS COOLER THAN THE REST OF THE HOUSE. ALL I CAN SAY IS IT WAS EASILY INSTALLED BY A 70 YEAR OLD FEMALE AND IT DOES THE JOB IN A LARGER ROOM THAN ADVERTISED. VERY PLEASED.
