Customer Review: Tough and accurate little clock

I have had my clock for 2 years now. It is running off the original batteries. In the winter time with have power outages and I am always on time because my clock is accurate. I have left it in my truck on hot days. Dropped it many times and even dropped things on it. I lost it in my couch for awhile and it is still working.
I agree that the manual is confusing and it may not be displaying the proper time when you get it. I don't really have an issue with the lighted face sticker because I know that a constantly lit face would really eat up the battery life. Many times I have reached for this clock in the night and hit the button lighting up it's face and found out not only what time it is, but also the temperature.
The look of this clock, is that it is cheaply made and not sturdy. I didn't think much of it when I bought it, now I think it is the best clock I have ever owned. It folds up with a protective cover or fold it into a standing position (I know! It's like a transformer! How cool is that.)
One of the best features of this clock is that it resets itself every night at midnight. You never have to reset it. I check it with my computer every now and again and it is always right on.

This clock requires a little patience starting off, but it's great as a regular bedroom clock. The other reviews focus on some drawbacks and annoyances which don't apply in my case. It took a day or so for it to lock in on the correct time. Once that happens, it works great and goes for months and months on two AAA batteries. It's incredibly energy efficient which perhaps is why the backlighting isn't designed to stay on beyond a few seconds after pushing the button. It's easy to reset the alarm time, turn it on or off, or switch to snooze mode. All the buttons are on the front and easy to use. It's also compact, attractive looking, and cleverly designed, such as having the flip top also function as a base when flipped all the way around. I love this clock and plan to buy more for other family members. I'd give it five stars except for the fact it does have some limitations as pointed out by other reviewers.Customer Review: Great little clock for office!

Great clock, good display although its a gray background with black letters - not like the picture which shows more of a yellow / lit background. It always seems accurate and syncs with the atomic clock fine. Its not that close to a window in my office on the 3rd floor of an office building.
Only downside is the batteries (2 AAA) only lasted about 35 days for the first set, then the display started to fade away, which was fixed with new batteries. If this thing needs 2 new batteries each month - wow, adds up to quite a bit of $$. I used Sunbeam batteries, not sure if "name brand" ones will last longer. I might consider some rechargeable batteries - I like the clock enough that it would be worth it.

I like this clock very much, I just wish it was easier to see the time zone, or I didn't have to set the time zone. I travel quite a bit and it is difficult to reset the time zone so the clock stays accurate. Other than that, I have been very happy with the clock, have had it for over a year and yet to change the battery.Customer Review: Golf cart clock

I have had this same clock for almost 2 years mounted on my golf cart. My husband had another brand that gave up. We were delighted to find it on Amazon. It is super neat to know the temperature when on the course.
