TLDR This is a genuine Eureka HF-2 HEPA filter and the Arm and Hammer in it leaves the house smelling fresh too! Past reviewers may have purchased this when it wasn't sold by Amazon ... maybe Amazon listened to you. Amazon.com now sells it and it's genuine Eureka. The seller may change maybe when Amazon.com sells out.
Buying genuine replacement bags and filters are important especially if you own a HEPA vacuum. Below I put links to the other genuine Eureka stuff I bought on Amazon.com. I own a Eureka The Boss SmartVac and it's been performing flawlessly for years. I has a true HEPA filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air) that captures more dust, mold, and other fine particles not caught by the vacuum bag.

P.S. I can't figure out why people buy fancy ball rolling vacuums that supposedly suck better (lol)... form over function? A vacuum that sucks harder is good, but more important is a vacuum that sucks hard AND keeps the dust inside with a true HEPA filter. Love my Eureka :-)
