Items came, but not as pictured nor described. Nowhere in the description does it state that the product is a GENERIC vacuum bag. I placed my order on the belief that it was a Eureka product and that it was as pictured. Would have purchased them at my local store, but they are constantly unavailable. Disappointed that the merchant chose to not advertise properly. I was given 3 "free" generic bags, but that doesn't make up for the lack of proper advertising.Customer Review: Beware of shipping costs

The bags are fine, of course. However, I was charged shipping fees that were more than the cost of the bags. The free shipping that applied to the vacuum cleaner in the same order did not apply to the bags since it came from a different vendor. I worked it out with Amazon (as a credit on future purchase), but I still don't appreciate paying $10 for $4 worth of merchandise, nor do I appreciate taking time out of my day to try to straighten like this out.Customer Review: vacuum bags

Service was very good from the vendor. The bags work just fine. The only thing I am disappointed in is that the bags are made in China. I think next time I will just buy the bags locally, even though they cost a little bit more, as the local vendor carries bags made in the U.S. Otherwise, the service and product from the supplier was very good.Customer Review: Real OEM bags

Ok price, about $2 per bag, as there are three bags in the package. Price is the same as local stores or $6 for the three-bag package.
I went for the 4 for the price of 3 offer (25% off) plus an additional item to make up for the free shipment. Not seen it at a dollar per bag as another indicated.
