We got this steam mop 8 months ago at Costco and it still works fine. When I saw it I didn't really think it was going to be such a great gadget. I really love it because it is just so easy to use. The only negative thing about it is that you have to refill it quite often. I have hard wood floors, kids, cat and two ferrets. These guys know how to get my floors really dirty. I used to use water and vinegar to clean my floors, because I did not want to use chemicals around my kids or pets. Vinegar works great by the way, but it is just too messy and the smell is not the greatest. This thing really cleans, it is light, and has a long cord. I love it so much that I am getting another steamer for my couch and my rugs. I am hooked on steam.Customer Review: Best Mop I have EVER EVER Owned!

I have actually made believers of 5 of my friends now with this incredible mop. It does all it says it does, and does it very very well! My floors have never been cleaner, and felt good to the bare foot as they do after I steam clean them. They work on my lineoleum floors like a charm. My friends love it on their wood floors. The bonus is that it REALLY cleans stains on my carpet with the carpet attachment. That is a MUST if you are buying this, dont forget to buy one. They should send it automatically when you purchase this item, but for some dumb reason they dont. I have tried many different things for my floors, and this and the Swiffer are the best. This is BETTER than the Swiffer as it gets the floors REALLY REALLY CLEAN.

This simple steam mop has been the all the rage in simplifying the cleaning of your tile and vinyl floors and I don't know whatever took me so long to get it as I now have a lot of time back during the week now and doing my white kitchen and bathroom floors only take about 10 minutes each. Further, washing the dirty pad after in the washing machine is so easy and they even have additional items you can purchase for your carpet. This is worth every penny and if you have not already got one, you should already have one. My sister got one too when I did and she loves hers as much as I love mine and she is a school teacher going to fulltime school at night and has no time for her floors either and this has been a lifesaver.Customer Review: So easy to use!

I use the Shark Steam Mop and am thrilled! The kitchen is a heavily trafficked area of the house and it makes it a really tough spot to clean and to keep clean. The Steam Mop is so easy and picks up my spills in the kitchen (and there's a lot of them) without a problem. The dog's food and water bowls are on the kitchen floor too so there are constant spills happening around her spot that she tries to lick up - I love that I don't have to worry about her licking up the chemical residues off the floor anymore like with the other mops I've tried. We're trying to reduce the garbage that we create too and think it's great that the cleaning pads are reusable and that we can just throw these in the washing machine!Customer Review: Great for scuff marks

I keep my hardwood floors pretty clean. But there's one spot, just when you walk in the front door, that I've been avoiding for months. The oak floors have become black with scuff marks, and the whole area appeared dull with what I thought were scratches. After a few quick passes with the Shark Steam Mop, the hardwood shined like new. The scuff marks I'd been avoiding came up without a fight. And to my surprise, all those "scratches" came up too. I guess they were just old dirt that'd been worked into the floor. Next I attacked the bathroom. The Steam Mop worked perfectly for tile, even picking up some old duct tape residue that had been on the floor since move-in day. Overall, very happy with this product.
