Have known about the Shark for a few years but continued to use the old fashioned sponge mop. When my son complained that the floors felt sticky when he was bare foot, he also suggested we borrow the Shark I had given my daughter in law a few years ago to see if there would be a difference. Wow, what a difference. I'm ready to buy another so I don't have to carry it back and forth between our two houses. I love my Shark!Customer Review: Great Product!

Researched this mop and just love it! I have hardwood floors throughout my home, including the kitchen. My old method was to use Murphy's and a mop. The Shark was amazing, no chemical and cleaned thoroughly without streaking. I noticed the floors looked so much nicer without the chemical buildup. Love this product. Note: you do need to sweep your floors first, this product is not intended to vacuum up dust and dirt.Customer Review: Shark Steam Mop

I've had this item for several months now and I've loved it since I first took it out of the box. Set up was elementary, adding the water and boom there was the steam. My kitchen and my bathroom floors are both white ceramic tile and the Shark Steam Mop cleans them up easily and quickly. Wash the mop pads and your off and running again.

My old shark of five years finally gave out so I did some shopping around and found Amazon had the best deal. I received my new shark steam mop promptly. I have found it helps to use distilled water ONLY and to empty the reservior after each use.
Also, do follow the directions about not putting the mop cloths in a dryer, they dry very well by themselves being of microfiber material.

Love Shark products, this one is for you. After the scare of using products on the floor that can make animals sick, I had to get something to clean the mess with out hurting my animals. I love my Shark Euro-Pro. I just had to get one for my mom. My mother is in her late 70's and it is hard for her to clean her floors the old mop and bucket way. The Euro-Pro is light weight and easy to use.
