For the past 3 years I have had a constant mess of BBQ sauce and ketchup spots dried on our tile floor underneath where the kids eat. I would always take big rags with hot water and lay them on the tile floor and try to scrub them away. Within 10 minutes of getting this out of the box, my floors looked new!!!! I love this mop!!!!! I LOVE this little steamer. I have hardwood floors and they are constantly "spotty" from our dog and general traffic. A hardwood mop didn't take up the spots, but this little steamer works great! So much more convenient than a mop and bucket, and much more effective! Best money I've spent on a floor cleaning product...just make sure you have hardwoods it won't damage with moisture.Customer Review: How did I live Without This

Absolutely love my Shark Steam Mop. It is lightweight, heats up quickly, and makes one utterly miserable chore, a fun thing to do. I love the fact that it uses no chemicals, only water and not only cleans, but the hot steam sanitizes also. It is a breeze to clean the pads. Just toss in the washer. I had one of these before and due to a hard water issue I broke it. got the water issue fixed and bought another one and this steamer cleans rings around any other floor cleaner. with or without a spray on the floor cleaner such as orange glow for hardwood your floors will never be cleaner. does a great job on linoleum too. and it's sooooo easy!!!!!!!Customer Review: Fantastic Product!

The Shark Steam Mop is great. It is easy to put together, and easier to use. It does a great job of cleaning my laminate and tile floors. I've got a dog and two cats, and it does fine with the hair that's left over after sweeping. Overall, I'm thrilled with our purchase. It helps us keep the floors clean, and is good for the environment too.
