I received my refurbished Monster EZ1 by UPS three days ago. It was shipped promptly and in new condition. I have only tile floors and they were very dirty because we live on a farm. I have two kids under two so I hate to use chemicals. I love this steamer. It appears to be made very well. Nothing is flimsy. I turned the steam on high and it easily cleaned up everything: dried on food, dirt and even black mold that was growing under the toy box. Now my whole floor is cleaner than it ever got with a mop and bucket. The best part is that it is so quiet I can clean while my husband is working and the kids are sleeping. The floor dries almost instantly so I don't have to mop and then leave the house. I find it far easier to push than my mop and I don't have to carry around a bucket of water. I am 5'8" and the handle is plenty long. I have a very bad back and this is not a problem for me to use this mop. I would highly recommend this steam mop.Customer Review: Better than I expected

This product is great. I researched steam mops for weeks and finally decided on this one. I've had it for about a month and am very satisfied. It is very easy to use and does a great job cleaning up everyday dirt and also gunk stuck to the floor from 3 small children who spill everywhere! I am using this mop about 2 times a week and I just feel that my house is so much cleaner. I don't have time to spend 2 hours on my hands and knees cleaning my floor all the time, so I would let it go. This thing takes about 20 minutes to clean my hardwood floors. I find that it does not leave streaks on my wood floors either (they are lighter in color). I have to stop and fill the tank again in order to clean my whole first floor, but it still only takes 20 minutes and it is a fairly large space that I am cleaning.Customer Review: MONSTER STEAM MOP

I love this steam mop! After watching an infomercial for another steam mop, I started researching reviews and after watching a video on how to operate this one I chose it. This one does not seem to have the problems of others. It does not leave the floor soaking wet, and it heats up quickly. It also has a very long cord. I have marble, granite, hardwood, and laminate floors, and it did a great job on all of them. It does not make them "shine" but does clean them well. I found it even removed gum and paint. I have 3 teenagers and 2 dogs and this is the first mop that actually cleaned all the grim and dirt away. Get this mop, you will not be disappointed!!! I bought mine from GOvacuum and got free shipping for around $106 and received it in a couple of days from placing my order with Amazon.Customer Review: An awesome cleaning machine!!

I luckily bought this steam mop on my first purchase for finding the best steam mop made....THIS IS IT! I love how you can alter the amount of steam that is put out, plus spray more out in front for tougher spills on the floor. This has made my life so much easier! I have 2 young children and with sippy cups and bottles and the busy life that everything entails there just isn't time to scrub on your hands and knees every time you get spills (which is all day long, every day!) - and I refuse to use a dirty mop and bucket - gross! So, you just plug this little machine in and a few minutes later you're ready to clean the high traffic areas and be back to a clean floor again within minutes! Monster Floor EZ1 Steam Mop and Floor Cleaner, 1000W
This is the 3rd steam mop that I have purchased. 1st purchased the Haan which was good, but the cord was not long enough so I gave it to my daughter who lives in an apartment. 2nd was the Bissell steam mop which put out way to much steam creating too much water on the floor. It also started leaking and I didn't like the cleaning pads. The Monster Steam Mop is just perfect to me. Nice long cord and the water heats very quickly and just the right amount of steam which allows the floors to dry very quickly. I love it and would highly recommend it.
