Tools and Hardware Reviews of Euroflex Monster Floor Steam Cleaner Blue EZ1Customer Review: Nice steamer but missing Summary: 4 Stars
I order this product to clean my hard wood floors in my kitchen and it does a good job. Except it is definitely to big to fit under the kitchen cabinets where they over hand over the floor and of course that always seems to be the places to get dirty first. I've never had a steamer before so I cant really say if it is better then any other, but I did read the reviews before I purchased and this one had the best. Also I purchase this because I was so tired of mopping my floor to see it looking dull and like there was residual cleaner left on it, the floor just never looked shiny like when we first got the flooring done and I though because this just uses steam it may help but it didn't really. Lastly when we received this unit it came with no instructions so I had to go online to find out how to use it and the manufacturer was no help and never responded to my email. I don't know if that how they come but I thought that was strange. If I could give one piece of advice order one with extra pads because mine only came with two and they have to be hand washed so that's not so easy.
Customer Review: Good appliance, although steam mops aren't all THAT Summary: 4 Stars
I like this mop. Don't get me wrong. I no longer have to haul around a sloppy bucket and drag it all over the house and smear chemicals across my tile floor. I am grateful for that. However, I would say this cleans about equal to the traditional mop. And it doesn't clean the grout well at all. I use it for day to day cleaning of my tile floors. But for tough spots, and deep cleaning, you will still need to get down and dirty on the floor with a scrub brush. I bought this model because of the steam jets, so I could clean my baseboards. It is easy to push, but the microfiber pad isn't very fluffy and doesn't pick up dirt as well as I had hoped. It has a very sturdy handle compared to the shark. But the handle doesn't actually allow you to push any harder (scrub) the floor.
Bottom line: Was it worth the $$$? I guess, I clean my floors more often than I did before, but they aren't much cleaner than when I used a mop and bucket.
Customer Review: Love it! Summary: 4 Stars
This is one amazing machine. It was a snap to put the handle on and then it was ready to go. I have only used it on my kitchen floor but it worked fantastic! It's very easy to push around on the flood and leaves the floor virtually dry. I love it and it is so easy on the back. No more hands and knees for me. The only reason I didn't give it five starts is because it can't fit right up under my cabinets so I still have to clean there by hand. Which really isn't a problem it's just that for this price you'd think there'd be a better design. I would recommend the Monster Steam Mop to anyone looking for a steam mop.
Customer Review: I like it but the handle is flimsy Summary: 4 Stars
So I bought this steamer well over a year ago and have used it a lot. It works well and I like the fact that you can wash and reuse the pads. However, the handle recently broke where the plastic is and yesterday the rest of the handle broke at the other plastic part. The only other complaint is that it doesn't reach under things very well because it has that bump. I did read these complaints before I bought it but at the time it was my best choice for the price. I actually want the Oreck steam cleaner. How come I haven't heard/read about anyone talking about that one?
Customer Review: Monster Floor Steamer Summary: 4 Stars
Cons: Takes about 5 minutes to heat the water sufficiently to operate. Leaves the floor wet.
Pros: Cleans very well, puts out alot of steam and leaves the floors much cleaner than mopping. I just put a duster on either foot and dry the floors by sliding around. Doesn't mopping leave your floor wet too?
Cleans a room 13'x13' on one water load.
I like mine alot and would recommed the product.
