Cleaned a sticky residue off the linolium floor that I had not been able to clean off with any thing else. Nice to know that floors are clean/healthy.
However after using on kitchen floor, I took a white paper towel and ran it over the floor while it was still damp and there was still a little dirt on the paper towel.However, I would recommend this machine.

I have very old Saltillo tile in my house and NOTHING cleaned it! I did my research and found this little gem. It really works great on my tile. I have grandkids and pets and I use this 3 to 4 times a week with excellent results. I do wish the mop head was angled to get behind the toilet but other than that I would say it's a good buy!Customer Review: Problem but solved

Bought the Monster Floor EZ1 Steam mop and thought it did a good job but realized the front jets not working on the front end. I emailed Amazon who in turn gave me the address of Ken's Vacuum and Sewing Center who were the vendors through Amazon and they immediately wrote,apologized and sent me a new one. They were great! We are pretty hard on our floors in our house and I was having a difficult time finding a way to CLEAN them frequently. The Monster has completely solved the problem. I can use it while my kiddo is sleeping since it is quiet. Incredibly effective on getting food / mud / drink stains off the floor. I LOVE IT!Customer Review: floor steamer

Sturdier than other brands I tried. The front spray of steam seems to shoot too high. The carpet caddy is difficult to use with the pads. It does work fairly well on lightly soiled floors. Better than most.
