Tools and Hardware Reviews of Flowbee Haircutting System

Customer Review: Flowbee is AWESOME!
Summary: 5 Stars

The man who invented this is a genius! I remember commercials years ago when this product just came on the market. I didn't think much about it. At the time I was a hair model, and had it cut professionally for shows. I have always been very picky about my hair. My regular hairdresser moved out of town about a year ago, and after several bad haircuts from other stylists...usually with one side cut a little shorter than the other, at $35.00 to $65.00 a cut, I was very frustrated. I wouldn't have minded the cost if the cuts were good, but I would end up coming home and trying to fix it myself, and usually made it worse. For some reason the Flowbee crossed my mind, but I didn't know if it was still available. I read all the reviews (mostly all good), watched people using it on YouTube, and found the official Flowbee website, and decided to buy it. I can honestly say it is the BEST haircut I have ever had! It is cut even, to the exact same length all around my head....PERFECT! It was simple too! I have gotten a ton of compliments, with people asking me where I get my hair cut. I tell them with a Flowbee, and explain what it is and how to get one. Depending on the age of the person asking, some have heard about it, and some have not. I LOVE IT AND WILL RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Customer Review: Flowbee customer for life!

If you hate the Idea of making a appointment, driving down to the hair stylist and then waiting for 15min to 1/2 hour before getting your hair cut then paying out $15 to $25 plus a tip then consider a flowbee. Yeah it's got a funny name that everyone seems to laugh at. But I'll tell you what, once you have used it people will stop laughing when they see how good the hair cut looks and what it costs. It is easy to use and pretty hard to screw up your hair cut. Start by cutting a little and then cut more until you are happy. Nice thing about flowbee is that you cut your hair dry not when its wet no more suprises! Ever notice you go to the hair sylist the hair style looks great but the next day it never looks the same. With flowbee it looks the same the next day just the way I like it. I bought the vacuum along with the hair trimming unit from flowbee it's easier then hooking up a household vacuum cleaner to the hose. I cannot speak for other hair cutting manufacturers but flowbee stands behind their product. I had mine that was 6 months out of warranty and the vacuum started to emit sparks. I called them and they told me to send it in and replaced it with no charge! Well that made a believer out of me! Flowbee is a good quality product with a company that stands behind what they sell!

Customer Review: One of the greatest gadgets
Summary: 5 Stars

I've read the other reviews about the cheap current Flowbee models. I've been using mine for years (it was quite a bit more expensive when I bought it), and I've NEVER been dissatisfied with the cut it's given me. The spacers do seem cheap, and one broke, so I ordered an extra set. But that was a long time ago.

That said, I can't say enough about this invention. I have it hooked to my Dyson vacuum cleaner, which I think is the ideal combination. ln less than ten minutes I have a beautiful, even cut, which I defy a barber to better.

Guys, listen, this is the best investment you'll ever make for personal care. No need to bother your partner -- it's easy to do yourself. It's actually fun! The spacers make the cut so sure that you really don't need a back mirror. I've learned to use the short-slanted spacer, so I don't even need scissors to trim the edges. Oh yeah, did I mention that clippings never wind up down your neck?

The longer you use this thing, the better you get. You will never pay to have your hair cut again. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I just gave myself a Flowbee and am feeling the results as I type. I hope the guy who invented this wonderful gadget has made a fortune.

Customer Review: It's Flowbee for me!

Hairdressers everywhere are tricking us. They use that white brush to get the hair off my neck, out of my ears and between my toes. That white scarf they tie around you never works right either. I ask them to make it tighter so the hair won't trickle down my shirt, but then my head starts to lose oxygene. Enter The Flowbee! Hook this baby up to your vacumm cleaner and you can cut your hair at the dinner table while everyone is eating oatmeal or any other food that is a magnet for wandering hair. I was as happy as the kid in the picture when I put nearly 8 pounds of hair into the bag of my vacuum. After I was done I unhooked The Flowbee and vacuumed my couch. I found $1.55 under the cushions and walked by my ex-hairdresser's window showing off the money they will no longer be getting as tips. Bottom line, if you have a lot of hair, a hatred for hairdressers and fluffy cat and a dog in risk of getting dreadlocks... you need The Flowbee! You have to let your hair grow out a few weeks after using it because of how bad it cuts your hair, but it's worth it not to get hair all over your body. I tried scissors and I even tried Nair, but Flowbee is the best for sucking up hair.

Customer Review: A flowbee believer
Summary: 5 Stars

My husband always wanted a flowbee, and I got it for him last Christmas as a gag gift. However, the Flowbee is FABULOUS! The flowbee does an amazing job--it is loud, but cheap, quick (5 minutes), clean (no hair on the neck, clothes or floor) and the haircuts looks great! It is especially good for baby-fine hair when every little cut shows. It is even and neat appearing. We usually use the style that is longer on top, then clipped closer around the ears. Only rarely do we touch up with scissors. We have used it dry or on damp hair. So, after a while, I (mom) started to wonder--why not use the flowbee for me, too? I wanted to save money and the hassle of gong to a salon and the uncertainty of what I might get. I saw a picture in a magazine of a touseled style and the haircutting directions said 2.5 inches on top, 2 inches on back and sides. With trepidation, we tried it and I have the best and cutest haircut I have had in a decade--fast, free and cute, too! I think it is best for short and for thinner hair, but who knows. I liked it so much that I wrote my first review on Amazon about the Flowbee. Try it.
